The Honorable Amanda H. Yenerall became a licensed attorney in 2007. Since that time, she has focused her law practice primarily on workers' compensation, although she is also experienced in many other areas, including personal injury, insurance and business disputes, and civil litigation in general.
Amanda was a partner at a large Northeast Georgia law firm for over ten years, and she has served as a Magistrate Judge in Dawson County, Georgia, since 2019. She became registered as a neutral with the Commission on Dispute Resolution in 2006, having earned her mediation certification while still in law school. She has served on the Licensure and Self Insurance Committee of the Georgia Workers' Compensation Advisory Council since 2013, and is also a frequent speaker on Workers' Compensation topics. As to the dispute resolution process, Amanda believes that her experience as a defense attorney, plaintiff attorney and judge, provides her with a unique perspective and inherent sense of fairness as a mediator since she has worn “all of the hats.” Her hobbies include traveling, reading and hiking.
