PK Patel has a wide-range of experience representing and defending both individual and corporations alike. PK has represented plaintiffs and defendants in car accident, slip and fall, dog bite, negligent security, trucking accident cases for 19 years. PK worked on the defense side and represented numerous insurance companies such as State Farm, Mercury, Philadelphia, Southern General, Met Life and Auto Owners Insurance Company handling multi-million dollar claims and complex civil litigation matters. PK has tried numerous cases as lead counsel and has both extensive litigation and appellate experience in the state and federal courts.
PK Patel, through his experience, understands both sides of a personal injury claim and has the skills to help parties resolve difficult cases. PK is a registered neutral with the Office of Dispute Resolution.
